At FCM Child Care and Development Center we try to plan a program

according to the developmental needs of the children, including the

particular needs of each child.

Within our program we balance a variety of activities such as: creative

arts, music, and language development, physical activities with exposure

to math, literature, science, health and social studies.

These are our goals for children that we serve among the framework for our

planning at F.C.M.:

1.Provide a safe and healthy day care with a variety of learning experiences.

2.Help children develop a strong self image through positive reinforcement.

3.Help children gain a sense of self worth through encouraging his/her own

  accomplishments.

4.Help children learn to get along in a group and learn to share.

5.Help children establish self-confidence as they grow and take on an active part

  towards responsibility.

6.Help children realize their full potential.

7.Allow children to share in Christian experiences.

8.Teach children to appreciate books and that reading is for enjoyment.
